This Privacy Policy describes how Padel Technology Industries (Padtech) Corp. (“Padtech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Transpopad website and mobile application (collectively, the “App”).

Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or such other age as defined by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support_transpopad @padtechcorp.com. We will delete any such information upon verification.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the App:

  • Personal Information: This includes your name, email address, mobile number, and physical address.
  • User-Generated Content: This includes photos or videos you upload to the App.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • App Functionality: To provide and operate the App, including allowing you to create listings, connect with other users, and access other features.
  • Product Personalization: To personalize your experience with the App, such as by recommending listings that may be of interest to you.
  • Developer’s Advertising or Marketing: To provide you with targeted advertising or marketing communications from Padtech.

Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with other apps under the Adselle group (Adselle, Yellowpad,  Buysellee, Jobhost, Propertygo). Since your account allows you to access these other apps, you consent to this sharing when you create your Yellowpad account. We will not share your information with any other third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption to store your personal information.

Your Choices

  • Account Deactivation: You can deactivate your account at any time. This will disable your account and prevent you from using the App.
  • Account Deletion: You can directly delete your account within the App settings. However, please note that we may retain your mobile number under a random user ID to track users who availed of free trial promotions.
  • Data Access and Correction: You have the right to access and correct your personal information. You can request a copy of your personal information by contacting us at support_transpopad@padtechcorp.com.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the App.
